Mayyim Hayyim strives to be inclusive of all who wish to learn and/or immerse.

Mayyim Hayyim is accessible to people with disabilities.  We offer a fully accessible preparation suite complete with wheelchair access, a shower seat, and handheld shower head.  Our immersion pools feature safety rails and an aquatic lift for those who need assistance getting in and out of the water.  Mayyim Hayyim is wheelchair accessible and service animals are welcome.

Many of our volunteers have experience guiding for guests with physical disabilities, vision impairment, hearing impairment, Autism spectrum disorders, people in hospice, and survivors of trauma.  They also speak a variety of languages, including American Sign Language.

Let us know how we can help welcome and support you.  Contact our Mikveh and Education Director to learn more or to request any of these services.

Mayyim Hayyim is also proud to introduce our new simplified, pictorial version of our 7 Kavanot for Mikveh Preparation. This guide was prepared for those with developmental disabilities, non-native English speakers, children, and more.

Mayyim Hayyim is grateful to the Ruderman Family Foundation for its support of our efforts to become even more accessible and welcoming.
