The Gallery @ Mayyim Hayyim mounts three shows a year. Most shows feature two artists. Selections are made by committee, whose members help curate exhibits. Learn more about the Gallery @ Mayyim Mayyim here.

Please note: Artists are responsible for transporting their work; we do not cover expenses for transportation or for framing. Given the multiple uses of the space and the diversity of visitors, we avoid images of violence or explicit nudity.

The Gallery @ Mayyim Hayyim is now accepting submissions. Please fill out the form below to submit. Submissions will be accepted through April 3rd.

The Gallery @ Mayyim Hayyim is a unique exhibition space that showcases local artists, with an emphasis on emerging visual artists. A collaboration between Mayyim Hayyim and the Jewish Arts Collaborative, we have presented more than 50 shows by artists of all faiths, in a variety of media and forms. We are delighted to open submissions for our three 2020-21 exhibits.

What’s an art gallery doing in a mikveh?

The Gallery @ Mayyim Hayyim is an expression of Hiddur Mitzvah, the rabbinic mandate to make Jewish life beautiful. We display art to enhance and vary the experience of all our visitors.
