For Those from Other Than Jewish Faith Traditions

Over the years, people from traditions other than Judaism — and those without a faith tradition — have expressed interest in immersing at Mayyim Hayyim. Our mikva’ot are open for immersion to those who are Jewish and those converting to Judaism. However, we have created two handwashing ceremonies as a ritual to mark a life transition; they are available to anyone and everyone. We look forward to welcoming you; please click here to request your appointment and select ‘Hand Washing’ from the drop down list.

These ceremonies are also included in Mayyim Hayyim’s published Immersion Ceremonies.

  • COVID-19 Update

At this time Mayyim Hayyim is open for immersions and has made a number of adjustments to our regular procedures. Our education center and art gallery are temporarily closed to minimize traffic and possible exposure in order to create the safest possible environment for those who wish to immerse. See here for more information about using the mikveh during this time.
