Administrative Professional

This is a critical position for the organization, providing key executive and administrative support including data management, scheduling appointments, and other special projects. Some marketing support may be required.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, organized, proactive, helpful, on-the-ball, and ready to come to work each day eager to get things done. This position requires strong computer skills including experience with spreadsheets and databases, as well as the ability to communicate with warmth and sensitivity while maintaining confidentiality. Preferred skills and experience include knowledge of the Jewish community, Salesforce, Survey Monkey, Mail Chimp, Word Press.

Reports to the Executive Director.

There are times when the work is fast-paced, with multiple projects underway at the same time, so the ability to handle stressful situations and prioritize is important. Candidates should be able to work independently and collaboratively.
