When guests visit Mayyim Hayyim, whether they come for an
immersion, to support a friend or relative in their immersion, to celebrate a
simcha (joyous event), participate in classes in our Education Center, or simply
for a tour of our beautiful facility, we ask that they take a moment to write
down their thoughts and/or feelings in our Guest Book. The Guest Book has become
an inspirational record of Mayyim Hayyim's mission. Please read some of what our
guests have said about their visits to Mayyim Hayyim!
The end of one journey and the beginning of another. Thank you.

Dear Mayyim Hayyim,
Today marks an incredible moment in a long journey to Judaism. I feel embraced
by this moment - the warm mikveh water, the warmth and support of all of you
that surround me on this first day of mikveh immersions.
What an honor-both in this moment and now as a Jew. Thank you for this wonderful
and beautiful space.
--Cyndi, Wellesley (immersing for conversion)
Today the Jewish people gained in strength as my dear sweet
thoughtful friend became a Jew. I am grateful to all of you for creating this
beautiful and sacred space in which to welcome and embrace her.
With love and gratitude,
--Amy, Wellesley (witnessed conversion)
I've waited so long to take this step. It has been wonderful and
very special. My whole spirit is alive and renewed.
--Carol, Hudson (immersing for conversion)
Truly a "shehechiyanu moment" that I will always cherish. Thank
you for creating a space where all are welcome. I am honored to be the first
lesbian to immerse in these Mayyim Hayyim before my marriage.
Todah Rabbah v'shalom,
--Cindy, Worcester (immersing prior to a wedding)
This was something I could never have imagined - beautiful,
relaxing, religious and harmonizing. Thank you for letting me experience Mayyim
Hayyim, the living waters.
--Debra, Jamaica Plain (immersing in her ninth month of pregnancy)
It is a beautiful and blessed moment to share this beautiful
mikveh as my daughter becomes a bride. I bless every mother everywhere with such
a moment.
-- Ellen, Chestnut Hill (accompanying her daughter prior to wedding)
I loved the animal crackers before I went in the water.
--Olivia, Hopkinton (age 4 ½) (immersing for conversion)
I feel blessed and thankful that a dear friend was thoughtful
enough to mention Mayyim Hayyim to me when I talked with him about a
miscarriage. This ceremony was just what I needed for a new beginning.
Thank you,
--Michele, Newton (immersing after pregnancy loss)
Fabulous – can I come back in 5 minutes? Can I move in? Berni
What a spiritual experience I have had. Being a Jewish woman, 77 years of age,
this is the first time I have visited a mikveh. It was wonderful!! With
gratitude!! Phyllis
Wow, is all I can say. I was looking for something but found an entirely
different thing. Thank you – Amy
