“Finding Harmony,” a music-based workshop with guided meditation, singing, and chanting accompanied by Native American flute and harp with Dr. Suzanne Hanser, Chair of the Music Therapy Department, Berklee College of Music
Movement
“Aleph-Bet Yoga,” a workshop combining Hatha Yoga movements with the shapes and mystical meanings of the Hebrew aleph-bet with Steven Rapp, author of Aleph-Bet Yoga: Embodying the Hebrew Letters for Physical and Spiritual Well-Being
