Request an appointment for an immersion or tour of Mayyim Hayyim with the form below, at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Weekend appointments need to be scheduled by noon on Fridays.

For conversions, please have your sponsoring clergy contact the Mikveh Center Director. He or she can also fill out the conversion request form.

Someone will get back to you within one business day to discuss and confirm your appointment. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until you hear back from us.
