Do you find that music lifts your mood or helps get you through a hard day? In this hands-on workshop, Dr. Suzanne Hanser introduces simple strategies to manage your stress and pain through music. Learn how to create a personal music plan for wellness from the author who wrote the book on the subject.

Dr. Suzanne Hanser chairs the Music Therapy Department at Berklee College of Music, and holds appointments at the Women's Studies Research Center at Brandeis University and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She is the widely acclaimed co-author of the book Manage Your Stress and Pain through Music.
