Mayyim Hayyim will be featured in a new documentary on intimate partner violence. The documentary, called "I BELIEVE YOU: Faiths' Response To Intimate Partner Violence" will be on your local ABC station on Sunday, February 20th at 2:00pm.

Mayyim Hayyim will be featured in a new documentary on intimate partner violence. The documentary, called "I BELIEVE YOU: Faiths' Response To Intimate Partner Violence" will be on your local ABC station on Sunday, February 20th at 2:00pm.

The final section of the film is a moving sequence that was shot at Mayyim Hayyim and includes interviews and a dedication ceremony for our Embracing Waters Bench.

The Embracing Waters Initiative is a multi-year partnership with Journey to Safety of JF&CS, supported by The Boston Jewish Community Women's Fund.

This one hour program explores the stories of survivors of intimate partner abuse and the response of faith groups to address their needs. Produced with the support of the National Council of Churches, the New York Board of Rabbis, United Methodist Women, Presbyterian Women, the Evangelical Church in America, along with a consortium of Muslim organizations, the program features the music of Janis Ian along with the hard won wisdom of survivors and the insight and understanding of clergy and program leaders.
