Special Accommodations
As noted above, there are hours set aside for use by women only. Women who choose to come for an immersion during the day may see men in the building, there for reasons ranging from immersion to attending a meeting. However, the highest levels of modesty are always maintained with private dressing rooms and separate immersion pools.

If you need an appointment on a Saturday evening or Sunday please call as soon as possible so that we can provide a volunteer Mikveh Guide to welcome you and support your immersion.  Weekend appointments need to be scheduled by noon on Fridays.

Other Scheduling Considerations
Please be aware that in addition to immersions, Mayyim Hayyim's Education Center hosts classes and art exhibits.  Occasionally, classes, celebrations, and meetings are scheduled on Sundays and during the week; we will do our best to schedule immersion appointments either before or after such programs.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you are interested in viewing an art show at Mayyim Hayyim, please remember that the gallery, while open during the week from 10 AM - 5 PM, is located in a multi-purpose room used for meetings and classes.  Please call to schedule your visit so we can insure that the gallery will be accessible.

If it is your custom to immerse after dark, click here to check the earliest time to immerse on a particular date.  (Times are listed as 'tzeis 42 min.')
